EazyPetition launches AI USCIS form platform in US

EazyPetition has fully launched its USCIS petition preparation platform following a beta phase in the United States.
The Texas-based legal technology company says the service is designed to automate document processing for immigration petition preparation. Through a guided workflow, users can review, verify and generate print-ready USCIS PDF petitions.
USCIS petition preparation often requires applicants and their advisers to gather information from passports, visas, I-94 records, previous petitions, educational credentials and employment records. The same details are often entered repeatedly across multiple forms, increasing the risk of mistakes and leading to delays, Requests for Evidence and extra legal costs.
EazyPetition says its system uses artificial intelligence to extract information from immigration documents and supporting evidence. The platform currently supports offline petition preparation, with completed forms printed, signed and submitted through existing USCIS filing processes.
According to the company, each stakeholder in the process can complete their part of the workflow in less than 30 minutes. The service also lets users store underlying documents and reuse information from earlier petitions when preparing new filings.
Commenting on the rollout, the founder pointed to the burden faced by migrants and families managing repeated filings over long periods.
"As students, IT professionals and family members of naturalized US citizens navigate complex, repeated USCIS petition renewals for many years to maintain their legal status and work authorization, eazyPetition makes the process seamless by offering one solution to store all underlying documents and create a new petition or use a previous one to prepare a new petition in under 30 minutes," said Amit Gupta, Founder, EazyPetition.
Beta use
During the beta phase, the platform was used by IT professionals in the US, according to the company. It says the trial period helped simplify petition preparation while improving efficiency and accuracy.
The rollout comes as legal and administrative technology groups seek to reduce manual work in document-heavy immigration processes. Petition preparation in the US can involve employers, individual applicants, family members and legal representatives, creating a need for shared workflows and consistent records.
A central element of the system is EPML, or Evidence Process Markup Language. EazyPetition describes EPML as a proprietary framework that models immigration evidence and petition workflows, allowing the platform to process supporting documents and automate information extraction.
The company also says it has built a library of more than 200 YouTube tutorials on petition preparation and filing workflows. These materials are intended to help users understand immigration procedures alongside the form preparation process.
Wider market
Stephen D. Marino, Chair of the Board of Directors, Eazystar Systems, linked the broader release to demand for legal technology that can standardise repetitive administrative work.
"The transition from a successful beta program to full availability marks an important milestone for eazyPetition. As demand for intelligent legal technology continues to grow, platforms that combine artificial intelligence with reliable workflow automation will play an increasingly important role in improving efficiency and consistency across USCIS petition preparation. We believe eazyPetition is well positioned to help individuals, employers and legal professionals navigate complex USCIS processes with greater confidence," said Marino.
The product is being developed by an engineering team in India. According to the company, that work draws on expertise in artificial intelligence, document intelligence, workflow automation and legal technology.
The service is aimed at users dealing with repeated renewals and other immigration filings that require the same records to be reviewed and resubmitted over several years.
