Infosys Aster, the company's marketing suite, has been named a Leader in Everest Group's Marketing Transformation Services PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026. Everest Group evaluated 29 providers.

The ranking places Infosys Aster among the top providers in a market where companies are trying to connect data, content, commerce and customer experience functions that often sit in separate systems and teams.

The assessment highlighted Infosys' work in AI-led marketing transformation, including agentic commerce and Adobe-led programmes. Infosys Aster supports marketing operations across orchestration, data, content, commerce, creativity and personalisation.

Everest Group also pointed to Infosys' broader AI portfolio under Infosys Topaz, which is designed to support more integrated marketing operations. According to the company, the goal is to help clients move away from isolated AI projects and towards marketing programmes that link workflows, governance and customer-facing activity.

Market shift

The recognition comes as consulting and technology providers compete for larger marketing transformation mandates from companies under pressure to show returns on spending. Buyers are increasingly asking suppliers to combine advisory work with execution across content, media, commerce and data platforms.

Everest Group said the market for marketing and experience services is changing as clients seek broader transformation work while facing tighter budgets and pressure to deliver measurable results. The research firm also cited growing use of AI and agentic AI in marketing operations.

Joydeep Mukherjee, EVP and Head of Global Data and AI, Digital and Creative Services at Infosys, said: "Today, CMOs are the growth architects of enterprises. They are navigating organizational complexities, evolving customer needs, fragmented workflows, and mounting stakeholder expectations. They continue to operate with siloed and legacy ecosystem, struggling to achieve value through AI. Infosys Aster connects the entire marketing value chain centered around driving marketing impact and efficiency through deep industry solutions and agentic workflows, underpinned by robust insights, governance, and trust. This recognition affirms that our approach helps clients turn their ambition into measurable outcomes."

Infosys has built parts of its marketing proposition around partnerships as well as in-house tools. Its Adobe 360 partnership forms part of the offer, particularly in customer experience, content and commerce transformation programmes.

Everest Group also recognised Infosys' proprietary assets and accelerators, along with its work in workflow automation, commerce and media optimisation. Those areas have become central as large organisations try to reduce fragmented marketing processes and connect campaign planning with sales and service functions.

Assessment criteria

Everest Group's PEAK Matrix assessments typically rank providers using a mix of market impact, vision and delivery strength. In this case, Infosys said the review also noted ecosystem partnerships and its portfolio of intellectual property.

Nitish Mittal, Partner at Everest Group, said: "The marketing and experience services market is entering a new phase as enterprises seek end-to-end marketing transformation amid budget pressures, demand for measurable outcomes, and growing adoption of AI and agentic AI. Providers that combine strategic guidance, AI-enabled execution, and outcome accountability are best positioned to lead the next phase of market evolution. Infosys has been recognized as the Leader in Everest Group's Marketing Transformation Services PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026, attributed to its AI-first marketing transformation capabilities, depth in Adobe-led transformation programs, strong ecosystem partnership, and broad IP portfolio across content supply chain, workflow automation, commerce, and media optimization. Its agentic commerce capabilities and flexible pricing constructs further strengthen its relevance for enterprises pursuing scalable marketing transformation."

For Infosys, the ranking supports a broader push beyond traditional IT services into higher-value consulting and business operations work tied to AI. Marketing transformation has become one area where technology suppliers are trying to combine software, data infrastructure and consulting into a single client offering.

Infosys employs more than 325,000 people and operates in 59 countries, according to company figures.
