Online Instruments opens AV experience centres in India & Dubai

Fri, 21st Nov 2025

Online Instruments has expanded its operations with new offices in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Dubai, each featuring dedicated experience centres aimed at showcasing the latest developments in audio-visual (AV) technologies for enterprise, education, retail, and entertainment sectors.

Regional focus

The new Chennai office is located at the RR Tower in SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy, while the Hyderabad site has been opened in Gachibowli. These locations are described as key markets for Online Instruments, reflecting the growing demand for advanced AV solutions in regions with a substantial presence of educational and enterprise clients.

The Dubai office, situated at Meraikhi Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, marks an extension of the company's international footprint and responds to increased demand for system integration services in the Middle East. The move is intended to help the company serve clients in the region with greater proximity and efficiency.

Experience centres

Each office incorporates an experience centre. These facilities are designed as hubs for customers, partners, and collaborators to interact with the company's AV products and solutions in practical settings. They feature technologies such as immersive LED video walls, interactive displays, and digital signage, arranged to present AV integration scenarios for real-world applications.

The centres are structured to allow visitors-ranging from architects and system integrators to consultants and clients-to assess and visualise integrated technological setups. Examples include spaces that merge design with functional AV displays, facilitating the demonstration of solutions suitable for various sectors.

Engagement strategy

The company describes its new offices as more than just workplaces, presenting them as collaborative environments that encourage experimentation and idea exchange among stakeholders. These environments are intended to support both the company's development efforts and its product demonstrations.

"At Online Instruments Pvt Ltd, growth is about more than numbers, it's about creating environments where technology and people connect seamlessly," said Shivanand Mahashetti, Co-founder & CEO, Online Instruments. "Our new offices are designed to reflect this philosophy: spaces that not only support our teams but also let our clients and partners experience first-hand the transformative power of audiovisual solutions."

Product pipeline

The new facilities are expected to play a role in future product rollouts by offering stakeholders early access to newly developed AV solutions. Over its three-decade history, Online Instruments has maintained a product development pipeline with a focus on balancing innovation and reliability across its solutions.

These experience centres are positioned as platforms where future industry offerings can be previewed and tested in advance of market deployment.

Industry context

The expansion comes at a period of rising demand for audio-visual integration in both the domestic Indian market and the Middle East. The launch of these hubs reflects a wider trend among AV solution providers to invest in physical environments that support customer engagement, support, and product education.

"This expansion comes at a time when demand for system integration and cutting-edge AV solutions is on the rise in the region, enabling us to serve our clients more efficiently and effectively," said Mahashetti.
