Ai+ enters AIoT with NovaPods, NovaWatch via Flipkart

Thu, 26th Feb 2026

Ai+ Smartphone has expanded beyond handsets with new wireless audio and wearable devices under its NovaPods and NovaWatch lines. It also signalled its next smartphone release cycle, with the Pulse 2 due first, followed by the Nova 2 series.

The move takes Ai+ into India's broader AIoT segment, where smartphone brands and consumer electronics sellers compete for spending on earbuds, smartwatches, and other connected devices that sit around the phone. Ai+ positioned the new products as part of an ecosystem linking audio, fitness tracking, and family-focused connectivity.

NovaPods and NovaWatch will be sold via Flipkart, with prices starting at Rs. 699 and going up to Rs. 7,999. The line-up includes true wireless earbuds, open-wear earbuds, fitness-focused watches, a kids' 4G smartwatch, and a watch with detachable earbuds.

Ai+ entered the market in July 2025 and says it has built nearly one million users in under a year.

Ecosystem push

Chief Executive Madhav Sheth framed the launch as a step beyond phones and into daily use cases that complement smartphones. He said Ai+ plans to enter multiple categories at once.

"In under a year, nearly one million users chose Ai+, and that trust is what we're building on," said Madhav Sheth, CEO, Ai+ Smartphone and Founder, NxtQuantum Shift Technologies. "This AIoT launch takes our ecosystem from phones to the moments around the phone: music, movement, health, and family safety. We're entering multiple categories at once, disrupting across price segments from day one, with one clear focus: integration, accessibility, and scale."

The portfolio spans two main areas. The NovaPods range targets wireless audio at three price points. The NovaWatch family covers mainstream fitness and calling features, alongside products aimed at children and a hybrid watch-and-earbuds format.

In audio, Ai+ is selling NovaPods Go for Rs. 699, NovaPods Pro for Rs. 1,999, and NovaPod Clips for Rs. 3,999. The company is positioning the three models around different usage preferences, including standard in-ear earbuds and an open-wear design for the Clips.

NovaPods Go includes 10mm drivers, dual microphones, Bluetooth 5.4, and a claimed 60ms low-latency mode. Ai+ lists battery life at up to 6.5 hours from the earbuds and 24 hours total with the case. It supports USB-C charging, touch controls, app support, and carries an IPX4 rating.

NovaPods Pro adds active noise cancellation and increases the microphone count to six. Ai+ lists Bluetooth 6.0, a 45ms low-latency mode, and up to 30 hours of total playback. It also includes dual-device connection and "hall switch tech", alongside an IPX4 rating.

NovaPod Clips also lists Bluetooth 6.0 and uses an open-wear design. Ai+ rates total playback at up to 16 hours and includes IPX4 protection, touch controls, and "hall switch tech".

Wearables line-up

In wearables, NovaWatch Active is priced at Rs. 2,499 and includes a 1.73-inch AMOLED display with 466x466 resolution. It supports Bluetooth calling with a dial pad, along with heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, and sleep tracking. Ai+ lists an IP68 rating and a 300mAh battery.

NovaWatch Kids 4G costs Rs. 2,999 and focuses on calling and location features. The specifications include GPS, 4G calling, video calling, SOS, and geo-fencing. It has a 1.69-inch TFT display, an IP67 rating, and an 800mAh battery.

The most expensive product in the range is the Ai+ Wearbuds at Rs. 7,999, which Ai+ describes as a smartwatch with built-in detachable earbuds. It includes a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, 2GB storage, and Bluetooth 5.3 dual mode. Ai+ lists heart rate and SpO2 tracking, plus ENC calling. The watch battery is rated at 310mAh and each earbud at 25mAh, with an IPX4 rating for the earbuds.

Ai+ also highlighted industrial design as a common theme, with finishes that include dark metallic colours, forest tones, chrome accents, pastels, and sport-inspired shades.

Retail partner

Flipkart will serve as the sales channel for NovaPods and NovaWatch in India, with a focus on scaled distribution. The partnership places Ai+ alongside other consumer electronics brands that use eCommerce platforms as a primary route to market for fast-moving accessories and entry-level wearables.

"At Flipkart, our focus has always been on democratizing access to technology for customers across India. The expansion of Ai+ into the AIoT space is a pivotal step in that journey. With NovaPods and NovaWatch, Ai+ is delivering a connected ecosystem that brings together innovative features, modern design, and compelling price points. Leveraging Flipkart's scale and wide reach, we are excited to bring the next-generation connected devices to millions of our consumers," said Sujith Agashe, Vice President, Electronics, Flipkart.

Alongside the AIoT devices, Ai+ said its next smartphone wave will include the Pulse 2 and the Nova 2 series, with Pulse 2 scheduled to launch on March 2.
