Trinetra Labs launches BlueHands.ai for small businesses

Trinetra Labs has launched BlueHands.ai, a platform aimed at widening access to software creation and business automation.
BlueHands.ai brings together software-building tools, AI agents, specialist support and a marketplace in a single offering. It is aimed at small businesses, local entrepreneurs, students, first-time builders and more established users.
The product is designed to help users turn ideas into websites, applications, internal tools and other custom software. It also includes tools to set up AI agents for routine business tasks across web, email, WhatsApp, voice and CRM systems.
Another part of the platform connects users with Product Managers, Designers, Developers and other specialists for project support. A separate marketplace allows eligible apps, agents, templates and automations to be published for others to use.
Target users
The launch reflects a broader push by technology providers to bring AI tools to smaller organisations and non-technical users. While generative AI has lowered barriers to software creation, many products remain focused on developers, start-ups and larger corporate teams.
Trinetra Labs is positioning BlueHands.ai for users who may have business problems to solve but lack in-house technical staff or large budgets. It cited examples such as shopkeepers building websites, teachers setting up systems for classes, students creating apps and small businesses automating daily work.
The product is also intended for use beyond major technology centres, with a focus on smaller cities, towns, colleges, schools and local markets.
"Our ambition with BlueHands.ai goes beyond making software development faster. We want to make building technology accessible to people who have great ideas but have never had the technical resources to bring them to life. Over time, our focus is to take BlueHands beyond traditional tech communities and into everyday businesses, smaller cities and the hands of first-time builders," said Mr Ravi, Founder, Trinetra Labs.
Technical design
Trinetra Labs said the platform was built as a connected system covering software development, AI agents, automation and cloud infrastructure. Users can move from an initial idea to a full-stack product while connecting databases, AI models and business tools.
The architecture uses LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, MCP-based integrations, vector databases, APIs, containerised workloads, Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure. The company said the system is intended to support deployment of workflows at scale.
According to Trinetra Labs, the platform also includes persistent memory with permission controls, links to business systems and APIs, flexible deployment options and human support when required. These elements are intended to support reliability, security, observability and access control as projects grow.
"With BlueHands.ai, our technical focus is on bringing software development, AI agents, automation and cloud infrastructure into one connected ecosystem. We are building an AI-native architecture using LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, MCP-based integrations, vector databases, APIs, containerized workloads, Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure. Users can move from an idea to a working full-stack product, connect databases, AI models and business tools, and deploy scalable workflows. Our goal is to simplify sophisticated software and AI engineering while maintaining reliability, security, observability, flexibility and developer control," said Dixit.
Broader market
The company is entering a crowded market for AI-assisted software development and automation, where many providers are trying to serve users with limited coding experience. BlueHands.ai may stand out for combining self-service tools with access to experts and a marketplace for distribution, rather than offering only a stand-alone builder.
That approach suggests Trinetra Labs sees demand not only for creating applications but also for operational support and a route to wider use of those tools by other customers. It also points to a business model that could extend beyond direct subscriptions into services and marketplace activity.
For small organisations, one practical question will be whether such integrated platforms can reduce the need to hire agencies or technical staff for relatively straightforward digital projects. Another will be whether AI agents can be deployed safely across customer communications and internal workflows without adding complexity.
BlueHands.ai enters that debate with a proposition centred on access rather than specialist expertise alone, as Trinetra Labs seeks to reach users who have often been outside the main market for software creation tools.
