Medallia recognised as Technology Leader in Q4 2023 Spark Matrix report

Medallia, a customer and employee experience expert, has been named a Technology Leader in the Spark Matrix Digital Marketing Analytics Q4 2023 report, published by the market research firm Quadrant Knowledge Solutions. Deemed as one of the top performers, Medallia was acknowledged for its "distinctive capability" to provide a "sophisticated and comprehensive technology platform" capable of delivering real-time personalisation to customers.

The report incorporated an assessment of 15 service providers on the basis of 12 criteria that included competitive differentiation strategy, product performance, vision and roadmap, ease of deployment and use, and customer service excellence, among others. The recognition of Medallia as a leader attests to its unique ability to understand experiences across various channels, thereby empowering digital marketers and customer experience leaders to understand their online customers at a deeper level.

This unique proficiency is why Medallia was awarded its Leader position in the Spark Matrix report.
